SHIPMENT

Our home accessories are stored ready for dispatch in our warehouse. Your order will be carefully packed by us and handed over to our shipping service provider DHL within 1-2 business days after receipt of the order.

PACKAGING? NATURALLY SUSTAINABLE

For shipping, we exclusively use grass paper packaging from the company Biobiene, which is produced in Germany .


What's special about it: Grass paper (as the name suggests) is made from a high proportion of grasses. This means it requires significantly less water, energy, and chemicals in its production than conventional paper, and it promotes the preservation of meadows – a valuable habitat for insects.
Furthermore, the grass cardboard boxes are fully recyclable, compostable and particularly resource-efficient.

We also use plastic-free alternatives for all cushioning and filling materials (for example, packing chips made from cornstarch instead of polystyrene), so that your order is well protected and shipped in an environmentally friendly way!

Returns
GENERALLY

We make sure to provide as much information as possible about our products to enable you to make an informed purchase decision. We hope you are satisfied with your order. However, if something doesn't meet your expectations, you can return your order to us within 14 days of receiving your delivery.

Please understand that the items must be in their original condition in order for us to accept your return.

For each return, we charge a flat fee of €8, which will be deducted directly from your refund.

THIS IS HOW YOU PROCEED

Click on this link and log in with a one-time password that we will send to your email address. It is important that you log in with the email address you used for your order.

  1. In your order overview, select the order from which you would like to return items.
  2. Click "Request Return" in the top right corner and select the items you wish to return.
  3. We will review your request and then send you a DHL return label. Please pack the items well protected and, if possible, in their original packaging.
  4. You will receive the refund amount to your original payment method once the return has arrived and been processed by us.
